We are hiring for our patent department

Engineering & Technology Group (software, electrical, electronics, mechanical, telecom)

Experience (PQE 2-3 years)in Patent Prosecution, Patent Agents will be preferred. Prefer experience of attending hearing before the patent office, prepration of oppositions and attending opposition hearing . Confident; sound communication skills; ability to coordinate independently with clients and professional personnel within the firm.

Experience (PQE 2-3 years) drafting patent applications based on invention disclosures, Conducting invention disclosure meetings with inventors, understanding of claim scoping and interpretation for Indian, US and European jurisdictions, good written English. Patent agent not mandatory.
