Today, under the leadership of our Managing Partner and Principal Attorney-at-Law, Dr. Joshita Davar Khemani, the firm continues to build on this legacy. Dr. Davar Khemani is a distinguished authority in the field of trademarks and has played a vital role in developing and managing IP strategies for some of India’s largest companies. Recognizing the growing challenges of the digital age, she has also spearheaded the firm’s expansion into Cyber and Data Protection Law services. She leads a team of highly experienced professionals, with an average of fifteen years in practice and an average retention of ten years — reflecting our rich internal culture and commitment to long-term professional development.
